After ImageRemake delivers its work product, there is no any restriction for customer on using it.
ImageRemake makes the following warranty and disclaims any other express or implied representations or warranties:
By sending a quote to a customer ImageRemake confirms that we fully understand customer’s instructions and customer’s instructions are complete. ImageRemake will make job according to provided instructions.
If ImageRemake fails to perform an instruction, ImageRemake will redo the image at no additional charge. If ImageRemake is unable to complete the work in accordance with the customer's instructions, a full refund will be made. Requests for changes to work shall be made in writing within 30 days after ImageRemake sends notification that work is complete. You can use this contact us to send us Changes Requests.
Customer can request job to be completed within one, three or ten working days. ImageRemake guarantees that the job will be completed in time, otherwise ImageRemake will make full refund on customer’s demand.
LIMITED LIABILITY:
ImageRemake is not liable for any consequential damages due to its failure to make any edits, delay in delivering work product, or any technical problem. ImageRemake liability shall be limited to the cost of image editing services.
